Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against plan and prepare financial performance reports. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements. Coordinate regulatory reporting and research technical accounting issues to ensure compliance, involving external experts if needed. Budget & Forecast Management: Collaborate with business units to develop financial plans and projections. Coordinate budget preparation and financial forecasts, and report variances. Cash Flow & Debt Management: Manage cash flow, debt financing, and debt service obligations with external agencies. Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Experience in creating financial statements. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end closing process. Excellent administrative skills and proficiency in accounting software. Seniority level
