The Manager, Customer Training, supports the Surgical Innovations business by managing the US Hugo™ and Illumisite™ customer training execution team and US training centers. The role involves working with internal stakeholders to align on training strategies, execution plans, and performance metrics, ensuring effective customer training for system installation and lifecycle support. At Medtronic, we prioritize speed and decisiveness to keep patients first. We value in-person interactions and require a minimum of 4 days onsite weekly to foster professional growth and collaboration. You Will:

Manage the customer training team. Develop customized training for medical professionals to improve patient outcomes. Collaborate on training strategy and annual plans. Develop and execute the training calendar. Manage training centers and partnerships. Handle contracts, budgets, and inventory. Maintain training curriculum and content. Upskill trainers for product launches. Report on training performance metrics. Must Have:

Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years relevant experience, or Advanced degree with at least 3 years relevant experience. Nice to Have:

Experience applying adult learning principles. Experience with capital system training/support and surgical training centers. Performance management experience. Medical device or regulated industry experience. Team management experience. Strong project and program management skills. Excellent communication and influence skills. Physical Job Requirements
