Qualifications:
Cooperative and Condominium Attorney
The candidate must be familiar with all aspects of coop and condo law. They should have 6+ years of experience involving cooperative and condominium matters, including advising Boards on legal issues. The candidate will counsel cooperative and condominium Boards and demonstrate experience in managing the full spectrum of their operations. Preferred experience includes shareholder disputes, common charge collection, sponsor litigation, breach of contract, and bankruptcy.

Revenue Sharing:
The position offers unlimited growth and income potential. Attorneys earn one-third of billed and collected hours, plus 20% bonuses for client introductions. An annual salary is paid semi-monthly, with bonuses if collections exceed salary. No minimum hours required, and earning potential is unlimited. Additional revenue is earned based on new business brought in.
