We partner with providers to take a complete approach to healthier aging through patient-specific bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and the only nutraceutical line created specifically to support hormone health. We are looking to add an experienced Technical Program Analyst to our team. This role will sit out of our Irving, TX based HQ.

As the Technical Program Analyst, you will:

Serve as an intermediary across Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders ensuring communication is clear and workflows are in alignment with project scope and schedule. Assist in the organization and management of the engineering teams workstreams, prioritizing tasks and removing or overcoming obstacles. Collaborate on product strategy and translate high-level goals into actional engineering plans. Facilitate daily standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives with a focus on continuous improvement. Support the BA/PO in roadmap planning, backlog refinement, and quality assurance coordination. Communicate updates, proactively report surface risks, and keep leadership informed via clear and timely status reporting. Conduct research and market analysis in support of optimizing the user experience, as assigned. May assist with scheduling or preparing user trainings and intake of user feedback post-product release. Perform other related duties as assigned. As the Technical Program Analyst, your background should include:

Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in software, digital product, or engineering-focused organizations. Experience working in healthcare, MedTech, or regulated industries is preferred, but not required. Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions with minimal oversight. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to communicate and understand technical requirements with Engineers and/or other stakeholders. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, especially in high-growth or startup-like settings. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Experience working with Agile software teams and tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
