Role Description:
Provide functional and technical solutions, oversee a global team, engage with stakeholders for business analysis, implement IT solutions, manage code changes, and align with technical and business goals. Collaborate with architects, developers, data scientists, and project managers to maintain efficient IT operations and improve application performance, with a focus on supply chain solutions.
This role emphasizes leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) to innovate and automate. The ideal candidate will have experience building GenAI agents and a passion for applying AI to supply chain challenges.
The candidate should be capable of building GenAI agents and passionate about delivering innovative solutions that challenge current applications and offer new perspectives.
What You Will Do:
Lead a team of 34 members within the global organization, developing expertise in Network Planning and Execution.
Drive innovation by designing and deploying GenAI agents to enhance supply chain capabilities and deliver business value.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement IT solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems.
Review and approve code changes to ensure compliance with standards.
Provide technical oversight, feedback, and guidance to development teams.
Work with project managers to define timelines, manage costs, and set goals.
Partner with architects to align IT solutions with business and technical objectives.
Ensure timely delivery of IT controls in collaboration with developers and data scientists.
What You Have: Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Llamalndex, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI). Ability to design, build, and deploy GenAI-powered agents or copilots for automation and decision-making. Strong interest in emerging AI technologies, especially Generative AI, with a drive for disruptive solutions. 5-7 years of professional experience, including knowledge of Snowflake, Python, middleware technologies, and supply chain applications, with relevant certifications. Ability to collaborate across networks to achieve technology objectives. Experience leading and coaching developers and analysts in various systems and solutions, preferably in supply chain tech. Knowledge of application design, troubleshooting, and system integration. A passion for using technology to solve business problems and deliver value.
