This job is located at: Goodfellow AFB, TX Education: BA/BS Web Developer to support the 313th Training Squadron (313th TRS) activities by applying instructional design methodologies to develop, employ, and maintain traditional in-residence courses as well as web-based course technology, interactive courseware, and advanced distributed learning (ADL) capabilities. The position is located on-site at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo, TX. Responsibilities include providing state-of-the-art instruction support services to help the 313 TRS achieve its mission while integrating evolving instructional design methodologies and information technologies. Responsibilities:

Requirements Definition and Tracking:

Work with the 313 TRS TM and TDEC to review Course Training Standards (CTSs) which document the cognitive and behavioral requirements for training. System Design and Prototyping:

Perform system design and prototyping activities to satisfy training requirements; coordinate with TDEC to understand training objectives, design course content, and develop courseware using an AGILE development approach, including customer reviews. Database Design:

Support database designs for tracking training events, certifications, and other relevant data; support interactive databases for exercises. Software Development:

Develop software for ADL, ICW, and custom solutions using AGILE methodology, providing insights into design and functionality. Testing:

Conduct software testing to ensure courseware meets requirements, training objectives, and reliability standards. System Documentation:

Prepare and update installation, maintenance procedures, user manuals, and tutorials. Training:

Conduct training via train-the-trainers, online help files, and manuals. Packaging and Deployment:

Support the deployment of training modules, ensuring proper installation and maintenance information is available. Technical Support:

Provide ongoing support for current training modules, troubleshoot issues, and maintain course websites on both unclassified and classified networks. Required Qualifications:

TS/SCI security clearance on day 1 Experience with web-based courseware, SCORM, IMI development, and integrating with LMS Knowledge of Instructional System Design (ADDIE), AETC course development, and AF/DOD standards Proficiency with IMI development software (Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) Experience with Windows OS, database design, and Agile methodology Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and in teams, and perform under pressure Desired Qualifications:
