is seeking a highly-skilled and motivated
periodontist
with at least a year of experience in a practice setting to join our established practice in Concord & Lexington, Massachusetts. This position offers autonomy and encouragement to provide exceptional comprehensive care in a multi-specialty, patient-focused environment. Our ideal candidates are experienced doctors who prefer to practice in high-end, mostly fee-for-service offices. We are especially interested in doctors who may want to become equity partners and share in the profits without the hassles of office management. Candidates should be excellent communicators capable of building strong relationships with patients and staff. Our practice values a team that: Values hard work, motivation, ambition, and reliability. Appreciates teamwork and individual contributions. Is compassionate and caring with patients and staff. Strives to do the right thing in every situation. Compensation : Doctors receive 40% of their collections, with 60% of lab fees paid from your preferred lab. Guaranteed daily rate for the first 90 days; up to 6 weeks of time off. Sponsorship : Bedi Dental can provide immigration sponsorship for the right candidate.
