We are seeking an automation and integration engineer to take a role in designing, developing, and maintaining infrastructure and services automation. This role involves building workflow automation and capabilities supporting IT services and operations to improve efficiency, optimize process workflows, and enhance productivity. Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain new and existing Python and PowerShell scripts supporting workflows and automation through ServiceNow, Ansible, and Tanium. Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow, Terraform, Tanium workflows, and Ansible playbooks for automation, provisioning services, and deployments. Write Python and PowerShell scripts that integrate with product software via Rest API calls for VMware, Ansible, Tanium, Qualys, Infoblox, Git, OpenShift. Integrate with ServiceNow workflows. Use Azure DevOps (ADO) as source code management for all Python and PowerShell scripts. Collaborate with ServiceNow, Ansible, and Tanium product teams to create workflows, playbooks, and integrations. Extract data from multiple source systems and create PowerBI dashboards. Utilize Agile processes, JIRA, and Confluence. Submit change management requests. Required:

5+ years of experience in Python and PowerShell scripting for infrastructure and service automation engineering. Experience with Linux, AIX, Windows, VMware, OpenShift Container Platform, and AWS. Proficiency with Python modules (requests, pandas, urllib3, boto3, os, sys, math, json, numpy, matplotlib). Experience with Python and PowerShell RestAPI integration, authentication, token management, SSL/TLS, proxy bypassing, and zScaler environment. Experience with Git version control, Terraform, and Ansible. Note:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. The typical base pay range is $137K - $170K, depending on experience and location.
