ONSITE Job Description:

Execute Scrum methodologies for the product lifecycle. Guide teams in Agile practices, support team rules, facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, promote Agile quality practices, build high-performing teams, coordinate with other teams, support ROM and estimation activities, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Lead regular Agile sessions such as team scrums, sprint planning, and user demonstrations to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation. Advise government personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, and process standardization. Minimum Education

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline. Our Standard Benefits
