Design LAN, CAN, WAN data, voice, and video architecture. Configure and implement routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS, including internal, external, and service provider networks. Analyze network metrics and identify sub-optimal network performance. Create reports and trend analyses on bandwidth and network security incidents. Troubleshoot network intrusion devices specific to the Department of Defense and commercial information assurance tools. Administer advanced Cisco network products, including VoIP and other technologies. Serve as an on-shift training representative for contractors and government personnel on Cisco switches, routers, hardware troubleshooting, LAN technologies, and operating systems used on deployed networks. Participate in planning, designing, upgrading, and deploying enterprise data center hardware and software, adhering to project timelines. Provide general IT management support. Support networking, LAN/WAN enterprise, and operational & maintenance activities as required. Assist with documentation, reports, meetings, briefings, and functional training. Support OCONUS deployment/TDY and CONUS TDY travel as needed. Qualifications

B.S. in a related field with 5+ years of relevant IT experience (preferred) or 7+ years of relevant IT experience. Firewall experience and knowledge of network threats. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server installation in host and compute environments, including server imaging. Experience with storage solutions, high availability, DNS, DHCP, network connectivity, remote access, core and distributed network solutions, and server environment monitoring. Top Secret clearance required. Certifications
