Oxford, Mississippi , is seeking a
full-time Associate Veterinarian
to guide its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian with leadership experience to make a lasting impact—both on the clinical team and the pets and families they serve. If you’re passionate about patient care and team development, this could be your next great role. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality veterinary care including diagnostics, treatment, and surgery
Lead, mentor, and develop veterinary support staff and fellow DVMs
Manage daily clinic operations, including budgeting, inventory, and workflow
Implement best practices to improve clinical efficiency and patient outcomes
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and referral partners
Champion a collaborative, positive clinic culture
Qualifications:
DVM or VMD
from an accredited veterinary school
Licensed
to practice in Mississippi (or ability to obtain licensure)
2-5 years
of experience in a leadership or senior veterinary role
Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day clinic operations
Commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional patient care
