Carson Smithfield, LLC provides a variety of post-charge-off debt recovery services, including digital self-service, IVR, live agent, and external agency management. We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Senior Specialist to join our marketing team and drive customer engagement through strategic email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and email optimization tools, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including automation workflows, triggered campaigns, and customer journey mapping. Develop and maintain email templates and dynamic content to support various marketing initiatives across different customer segments.
Utilize Litmus for comprehensive email testing across multiple devices, email clients, and browsers to ensure optimal deliverability and user experience. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, send times, and campaign elements to continuously improve performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling email content that aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Manage email database segmentation and list hygiene to maintain high deliverability rates and compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in email marketing with demonstrated success in campaign management
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio
Experience with Litmus or similar email testing and optimization platforms
Strong analytical skills with experience in email performance reporting and data analysis
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization
Understanding of email deliverability best practices and anti-spam regulation
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or fintech industries
Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements
Familiarity with CRM integration and data management platforms
Experience with advanced segmentation and personalization strategies
