OKE POLAND
We are looking for a Product Designer to work on the expansion of the VMS (Video Management System) web and mobile platform in the area of Smart City applications.
What You’ll Do
Design user-friendly, visually engaging interfaces for web and/or mobile products
Collaborate with the team across all stages of the design process
Turn complex problems into modern, elegant, user-centered solutions
Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma
Contribute to and maintain our design system and visual brand
Conduct user research and usability tests to validate ideas and improve user experience
Present your work clearly and explain your design decisions to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
User Research:
Experience planning and conducting user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) and synthesizing findings into actionable insights Information Architecture (IA):
Ability to structure and organize content logically through user flows, sitemaps, and navigation systems Wireframing & Prototyping:
Skill in creating sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes Visual Design:
Strong grasp of visual design principles including typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy Interaction Design:
Understanding of user interactions, micro-interactions, animations, and transitions Responsive Design:
Ability to design experiences across devices and screen sizes Design Systems:
Experience using and contributing to design systems for consistency and scalability Accessibility:
Knowledge of WCAG guidelines (AA level) for inclusive design Data Analysis:
Ability to interpret analytics data to inform design decisions Communication:
Excellent written and verbal skills in Polish (C1+), strong presentation and storytelling abilities Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Experience giving and receiving constructive feedback AI Literacy:
