Ready to lead a highly respected exotics practice with no weekend or after-hours demands? Bird & Pet Clinic of Roseville is a spacious, multi-doctor hospital just outside Sacramento - and we're looking for a Medical Director with experience in exotic medicine to take the reins. About Us 3.5-DVM practice with ~50% exotics caseload 5 exam rooms, double surgical suite, species-specific wards Digital & dental radiology, ultrasound, rigid endoscopy, cloud-based EMR Falconry and wildlife clients, small mammals, birds, reptiles What You'll Do Lead medical operations with support from a strong leadership team Provide care for a wide range of exotic species Help shape a fun, engaged, and supportive clinic culture No weekends, on-call, or after-hours emergencies Requirements Licensed DVM in California (or ability to obtain) Minimum 5 years' experience, including exotic species Confident leader and excellent communicator Compensation and Benefits Base salary up to $175,000 + production Signing bonus and relocation support Full medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability coverage 401(k) with match, CE stipend, PTO, and child care participation Paid AVMA PLIT, license fees, and professional dues #J-18808-Ljbffr
