JOB SUMMARY: Bronco Wine Company is on a journey to transform its financial capabilities. We need a leader to help us on this strategic journey. The Senior Manager, Treasury & Asset Management at Bronco Wine Company will contribute to the company’s overall financial strategy by providing insights on cash flow, risk management, and investment opportunities. The role will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, forecasting future needs, and reviewing capital expenditures against key financial metrics. This role requires a highly competent and experienced finance professional with exceptional analytical and communication skills to ensure the financial health and efficiency of the company. Qualifications ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Cash and Liquidity Management Oversee daily cash operations to ensure optimal liquidity and financial stability Manage ZBA (Zero Balance Account) sweep accounts for cash efficiency Develop and maintain cash forecasting models to predict financial positions Forecasting future cash needs, optimizing cash inflows and outflows, and manage bank accounts Analyze cash flow trends to inform strategic financial planning Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks to secure favorable terms for borrowing and other financial services Asset and Investment Strategy Make strategic investment decisions to maximize returns on the company’s cash reserves Plan and manage capital expenditures to align with company growth objectives Evaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management Optimize farming asset strategies to maximize returns and operational efficiency Manage key financial metrics (ROI, ROIC, Return on Net Assets) to drive performance Risk and Financial Governance Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks such as interest rate fluctuations, foreign exchange rate volatility, and credit risk Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership for informed decision-making REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the wine, alcoholic beverages, or agricultural industries but open to all industries Strong knowledge of cash management, forecasting, capital expenditure processes, and financial metrics Experience or significant education in budgeting and fiscal management Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT: Regularly works in an office setting 5-days per week unless traveling Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Employee frequently is required to walk and sit. Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate Must wear personal protective equipment in required areas (Side shield safety glasses, safety vest, head/ear protection, and proper footwear when in production facility and warehouse or while touring outdoor locations).
