Senior Manager – Category Revenue Growth Management

to join our headquarters team in Lake Forest, IL. Responsibilities

Your Role: As a Senior Manager in Category Revenue Growth Management, you will drive profitable revenue growth by partnering with our business units. You will leverage analytics to support strategic decisions and work closely with business unit and sales leaders to optimize pricing strategies and category/portfolio planning. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to foster collaboration and deliver insights that impact business outcomes. Collaborate with our Sales Evolution Team and Business Unit Customer Marketing to translate trade and market data into actionable insights, providing recommendations to boost profitable revenue growth: Lead pricing and PPA analytics, assessing strategies and portfolio performance, including price elasticity and value curves. Translate trade analytics into category and business unit insights. Support strategic decisions by synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable recommendations aligned with company goals. Influence business unit strategies with insights on profitable revenue growth, ensuring cross-departmental alignment. Tactical Function

Analyze trade spend efficiency, promotional effectiveness, and pricing impacts across customer segments. Develop tools for pricing and assortment decisions, such as elasticity analysis and margin optimization. Coordinate with teams to implement pricing strategies and monitor performance, adjusting tactics to meet revenue targets. We need you to have: BA/BS in a related field 7 years of professional experience, including 5+ in revenue growth management, pricing, or analytics Deep understanding of pricing strategies, trade analytics, and portfolio planning Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience with Excel and Power BI Excellent communication and presentation skills Problem-solving ability and strategic thinking Team-oriented and collaborative Self-motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment Icing on the cake:

USD $145,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 Bonus Eligibility

Eligible for an 18% annual incentive, contingent on business and individual performance, subject to plan guidelines.
