Cyntel Technologies is currently seeking a Readiness Analyst to support a program in San Antonio, TX.
Clearance Required:
TS/SCI clearance
NOTE:
This is a 6-month contract from September 2025 through February 2026 (has the potential to go longer)
Readiness Analyst Responsibilities
Perform as a technical analyst to compile and analyze readiness data from Joint Cyberspace Command and Control – Readiness (JCC2-R) applications, and Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS).
Analyze unit readiness reporting, identify trends, and recommend appropriate corrective actions
Ensure Mission Essential Tasks (METs) are appropriately assigned and associated with Designed Operational Capability (DOC) statements are accurate and current
Assist with the development and analysis of data readiness briefings
Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with other coordinating organizations. Participates in Readiness discussions, meetings, conferences, and supports special projects
Participate in and, if required, help facilitate readiness working groups, Operational Planning Teams, and Integrated Planning Teams
Assist with drafting and preparing products (e.g., talking papers, bullet background papers, item of interest, briefing charts, etc.) to update leadership/staff on readiness
Assists SMEs as needed
Readiness Analyst Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
6-8 years of experience
At least 3 years of experience utilizing Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) and Joint Cyberspace Command and Control- Readiness (JCC2-R)
Experience and strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite
Expertise in cyber mission areas and capabilities
Familiarization with ISR, Electromagnetic Warfare (EW), Information Operations (IO) and Cybersecurity
Required Screenings
MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
COVID-19 vaccination may be a required condition of employment
