This role involves managing marketing programs, events, and experiences aligned with client-approved timelines. Responsibilities include: Management of event tools Development and management of event communications Tracking and reporting on events Coordination of merchandising and creative elements, including production of invitations, signage, etc. Planning and coordinating programs with multiple agency partners, attending presentations and review sessions with the client team Preparing minutes of review sessions Supervising milestones and providing regular updates to the client, including biweekly meetings if necessary Preparing reports reflecting milestones and updates Understanding client project requirements and proactively communicating questions, concerns, and potential roadblocks Arranging logistics, coordinating execution, performing quality checks, and monitoring program execution Providing data analysis as needed Ensuring quality assurance for all services and deliverables Deliverables include Event Tracking and Reporting, Review Session Minutes, Milestones and Updates Report, and Data Analysis Reports This role is remote-first with 10-25% travel for events and client interactions. Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of product marketing experience in the online space Minimum 4 years of program management experience in the online space Prior experience in the large tech industry preferred Effective communication of complex ideas, both verbally and in writing, with emphasis on insights and recommendations Strong problem-solving skills, including analytical and quantitative abilities Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and strong managing-up skills Entrepreneurial mindset and client-focused approach Proficiency in Excel modeling/analysis and PowerPoint Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree preferred
