to join our growing team. THE ROLE

The Human Resources Manager (HRM) will be a strategic thought partner to the Kissimmee, FL manufacturing site leadership team. This position plays a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and aligning HR strategies with the business goals. Bilingual in Spanish is required. The role involves balancing daily HR activities for approximately 350 employees while strategically enhancing talent initiatives, culture, employee engagement, retention, and skill development. The candidate should have a continuous improvement mindset, support Jeld-Wen values, and focus on Safety, Quality, and Delivery. The leader will also define standards for HR fundamentals across the site and function. Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Acts as a strategic advisor to site leadership on all HR-related matters. Partner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to implement initiatives that drive business strategy and improve organizational capability. Coaches leadership to build capabilities that address human and technical aspects of the work environment and build a talent pipeline. Provides performance management guidance for line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions, while supporting HR transformation into a Shared Services model. Partners with stakeholders to drive HR processes such as salary planning, performance reviews, talent development, investigations, and succession planning. Acts as a trusted advisor to approximately 350 employees and management, conducting roundtables to identify trends and improve morale, productivity, and retention. Utilizes data insights and metrics to inform talent decisions and initiatives. Identifies opportunities to improve HR functions, processes, and share best practices. Leads projects and initiatives within and outside HR as assigned. Develops direct reports through stretch assignments and coaching. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Progressive experience as a strategic HR business partner. Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and change while leading others through change. Experience in transforming HR functions or working in HR Shared Services is beneficial. Expertise in performance management, employee engagement, retention, staffing, compensation, diversity/inclusion, leadership coaching, and succession planning. Ability to develop HR goals aligned with business priorities and support leaders. Proficient in technology and data analysis. Experience in large matrix organizations is preferred. Strong strategic thinking and short-term goal delivery skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence at all levels. Highest integrity and confidentiality. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in a large manufacturing facility, with 3+ years partnering with senior leaders. Bilingual in Spanish is required. Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, SQDCI, etc., is preferred. About JELD-WEN Holding, Inc.
