We’re seeking a

Systems Engineer 1

to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Active TS/SCI w/ poly security clearance required.

Position Description:

Analyzes user requirements, system architectures, and develops system requirements specifications. Leads design, development, and integration activities, providing technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Develops technical documentation, system architecture, and design plans. Coordinates with government stakeholders, manages requirements, and ensures technical integrity of deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Contribute to system engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents. Manage system requirements ensuring compatibility with architecture frameworks like DoDAF and SOA. Assist in developing system and functional requirements, and coordinate design and configuration changes. Participate in design reviews, configuration management, and system integration planning. Define and derive system requirements based on stakeholder needs and system effectiveness. Develop system design solutions, alternative concepts, and verification plans. Requirements:

Seven (7) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in similar scope programs; Bachelor’s degree in related field or five (5) years additional experience in lieu of degree. Experience with development tools like Jira, Confluence, Gitlab; understanding of SDLC and systems engineering processes. Experience with Agile methodologies and security certification processes. Desired Skills:

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and language analysis/missions. Knowledge of 508 compliance and system monitoring. Benefits:
