AWA Insurance, located in Fort Myers, FL, has an immediate opening for a full-time, Insurance Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team.
If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you'll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall customer experience.
This is not a remote position. Please only apply if you are able to make the commute to our Fort Myers, FL office location
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Answer phones and greet clients. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. You will receive:

Customer Service experience preferred Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Self-motivated Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Ability to work in a team environment Ability to effectively relate to a customer Property Casualty license, 4-40 or 2-20 (must be able to obtain prior to start date)
