We are seeking an experienced
Evo~ERP Project Manager
to lead a critical ERP migration project for a manufacturing client in the industrial crane sector. The client is consolidating multiple ERP systems resulting from past acquisitions, with a primary focus on migrating from a legacy version of
Takestock
to
Evo~ERP . This is a high-impact role requiring strong project management skills, ERP migration experience, and the ability to drive fast-paced, interdependent subprojects to completion before the end of 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the migration from Takestock to Evo~ERP. Lead the pilot implementation at one location to validate the migration approach. Manage data cleanup efforts, especially within the Customer Master, addressing duplicates and inconsistencies across subsidiaries. Coordinate multiple subprojects simultaneously, ensuring alignment and timely execution. Collaborate with a small IT team (4 members) and a broader cross-functional team (still forming). Report directly to the CIO and secondarily to the business sponsor. Utilize Microsoft 365 tools, including MS Planner and Planner Board, to manage tasks and timelines. Operate within a waterfall project management framework.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing ERP migration projects, specifically with
Evo~ERP . Strong understanding of inventory systems and pricing structures. bility to work independently and make quick, informed decisions. Experience with data cleansing and customer data management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with a CIO who values rapid experimentation and learning from failure.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Takestock ERP (legacy systems). Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors (not required but beneficial). Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, especially MS Planner.
