SWIFT - Application support - W2 only

W2 Only Hybrid 3 days onsite in Plano, TX This role focuses on Application Production Support rather than Infrastructure. Payment Application Support experience with SWIFT messaging (especially MT - Message Type) is required. The Line of Business (LOB) will be the Global Banking Payment System. Responsibilities include supporting payment applications. Database experience should include SQL, MySQL, and Cassandra, with expertise in all types of joins. Ability to perform root cause analysis is essential. Tools used include App Log, monitoring tools like Splunk (preferred), and Dynatrace. Experience with messaging support such as MQ Messaging and Kafka is necessary. Candidate should be able to coordinate with end users, developers, Business Analysts, and DBAs. Middleware experience, including upstream and downstream work, is preferred. Banking domain experience related to payments is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
