Knowledge and experience troubleshooting the first 4 layers of the OSI model:
Physical
Data link
Network
Transport
Has worked with and troubleshooted broadband connections:
T1s
Metro E
Broadband (cable, fiber, DSL) connections
Any WAN circuits
Experience supporting WAN circuit and working with LECs troubleshooting WAN circuits
Experience supporting VOIP network in production environment
Routing and switching:
Configuring
Troubleshooting
Cisco CLI proficiency
Education or practical experience with SDWAN troubleshooting/deployment:
Viptela vmanage
Velocloud orchestrator
