Unarmed Residential Security Agents
in San Diego, CA. This role includes access control, perimeter patrol, guest management, and on-site presence at a private residence. Depending on the assignment, agents may also provide transport services for the client upon request. This position requires composure, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or within small residential teams while maintaining a client-facing posture. Shift Information:
Schedules for

will vary based on the specific assignment and client needs. Potential shifts may include: Day Shifts: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts typically aligned with business hours or client preferences. Evening & Night Shifts: For extended or overnight security coverage. Overnight Shifts: Required for 24-hour protection or long-term assignments. On-Call/Reserve: You may be placed on an on-call roster for urgent security needs or last-minute assignments. Monitor and patrol premises to detect potential threats, unauthorized access, or safety hazards. Control access to the residential property, ensuring all personnel and visitors follow security protocols. Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents, following established procedures. Communicate with team members, residents, and on-site personnel to ensure seamless security operations. Provide detailed reports on security activities and incidents to the operations team.
