Skills Needed: Solid Program and Project management. They will need to be able to work on multiple projects. The environment is a bit ambiguous, so being able to make sense out of chaos is essential. True thought leaders in this space, thinking ahead about what is coming and what to prepare for in the project timeline. Solid technical background in general and specifically ORMB. Oracle Fusion is nice to have and ORMB cloud is nice to have. Understanding the synchronization and how the two platforms communicate is crucial. OCM - how do we communicate and stay ahead of the changes to get engagement. Ability to deal with challenging personalities; thick-skinned and able to handle diverse personalities. Position is remote with potential travel to Madison for larger company events.
