Xenon Health, a nationwide healthcare management company, is seeking a Software Development Engineer (SDE) to design, develop, and maintain internal software solutions. This role is fully on-site in New Jersey and offers an opportunity to work on automation, system optimization, and data-driven applications to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong programming skills, experience in system integration, and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development & Automation
Develop, test, and maintain internal applications and automation tools. Optimize Python scripts, web applications, and data pipelines. Implement automated solutions to improve IT efficiency. Support internal dashboards and data visualization. Develop and maintain Java and C# applications. System Integration & Data Management
Design and maintain data pipelines and reporting systems. Work with APIs and databases for seamless integration. Ensure data accuracy and security. Maintain web applications and internal tools. Integrate AI/ML models to enhance decision-making. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Debug and resolve Python, SQL, and web application issues. Collaborate with IT and operations teams for system improvements. Monitor and optimize system performance. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, SQL, and JavaScript, with experience in HTML and CSS. Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS). Familiarity with APIs and data integration techniques. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus. Experience with AI/Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn is a plus. Preferred Experience:
Experience with React or other front-end frameworks. Background in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Familiarity with automation, system optimization, and IT infrastructure. Experience applying AI and Machine Learning techniques to optimize workflows and enhance automation.
