Skills And Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in business analysis and system design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques. Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, data modeling). Experience with requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation, Benefits and Duration Minimum Compensation: USD 34,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 120,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and good faith estimate for the role. Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full-time employees.
