Technical and Customer Support Specialist
to join our team. If you have a passion for technology and helping customers, this is the role for you! Responsibilities Configure and set up internal devices to meet operational requirements. Provide outstanding customer service to resolve inquiries and concerns. Research vehicle records efficiently and accurately. Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution. Monitor and report system issues, identifying areas for enhancements. Obtain technical information by working with different state agencies. Escalate unresolved system issues to appropriate teams. Deliver system training to customers and team members. Manage phone system updates to maintain seamless communication. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent education required; candidates with a bachelor's degree may be eligible for a higher compensation package. A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical and customer service roles, or equivalent skills. A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude. Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Work location is in Santa Rosa, CA office. Relocation package is available for a qualified candidate. Nice to Have : Prior experience in the motor vehicle industry is a plus.
