Your contribution Provide IT support and resolve problems, incidents, and service requests to ensure end-user satisfaction (SPOC) Support and maintain local end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and other hardware Manage hardware and software according to standard procedures Diagnosis and rectification of hardware/software errors at the customer's premises Procurement of standard IT client hardware Provide IT training for non-IT colleagues Support in the management of the following services: server, application, network Participate in various IT system engineering tasks and projects to improve and optimize the IT infrastructure Your background Bachelors degree (IT, Computer Science, or related field) or equivalent work experience At least 2 years in a similar IT support role Experience with Microsoft 365 administration Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.) Experience in supporting end-user devices and troubleshooting technical issues Excellent communication in English and German, both written and verbal Knowledge of Cisco, AWS, and Azure is an advantage The passion to learn and grow with us What makes working at Tecan unique The chance to make it count and to have an impact on the world of tomorrow Working in an international and diverse environment The chance to grow your career within the company Feel empowered by our strong and unique company culture Comprehensive compensation and benefits package Were looking forward to receiving your application online.
