We are seeking a highly skilled FileNet Administrator/Developer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in FileNet, Java API, and Web Services to integrate FileNet with other systems and support the development, administration, and enhancement of the platform. You will also be responsible for supporting end-users, training staff, and ensuring the seamless operation of FileNet within the organization's infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
FileNet Administration & Development: Manage and support the FileNet platform, ensuring its stability and performance. Provide both administration and development support.
API Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate FileNet with other systems using FileNet Web Service, CMIS, and ICN Plugins.
User Support & Training: Support developers and end-users, document processes, and provide training on the FileNet platform.
Process Engine Support: Assist in the development and support of Process Engine workflows.
Database & Server Administration: Administer and support IBM WebSphere, IBM Content Navigator, and Oracle/SQL Databases. Additionally, work with Windows and Linux server administration.
Security Management: Ensure proper FileNet Security configurations, including Active Directory integration.
Storage Configuration & Management: Oversee FileNet Storage Configuration and ensure efficient management of storage resources.
Required Qualifications:
FileNet Experience: 5+ years of experience in FileNet Administration or Development.
API & Web Services: 5+ years of experience with FileNet Java API and Web Services.
System Integration: 4+ years of experience collaborating with IT teams to integrate FileNet with other systems using FileNet Web Service, CMIS, and ICN Plugins.
User Support & Documentation: 4+ years of experience supporting developers, end-users, documenting processes, and training staff on the FileNet platform.
Process Engine Support: 4+ years of experience in Process Engine workflow development or support.
Server Administration: Strong experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
Database Knowledge: Familiarity with IBM WebSphere, IBM Content Navigator, and Oracle/SQL Databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
Cloud & Containerization: Experience with Red Hat OpenShift Cloud technologies and cloud platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry, OpenShift, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
WebSphere & GitHub: Experience supporting applications deployed in IBM WebSphere and using GitHub repositories.
Container Management: Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker, Swarm, or Kubernetes.
Agile Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and development cycles.
Certifications (if any):
FileNet Certifications: Certification in FileNet administration or development is a plus.
Cloud Certifications: Cloud-related certifications (e.g., Azure, AWS) are preferred.
Agile/Scrum Certifications: Certifications in Agile or Scrum methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) are a plus.
