Position: Senior Associate, Commercial Assurance We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Commercial Assurance practice, with the flexibility to work from various offices. The ideal candidate thrives in a growing environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare engagement budgets and manage client engagements, including pre-audit planning.
Review client accounting systems, internal controls, and operational procedures.
Conduct audit tests to verify financial statement accuracy.
Develop workpapers, perform research on technical issues, and review staff work.
Identify issues, propose solutions, and communicate progress to managers and partners.
Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance during engagements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
At least 2 years of audit and/or assurance experience, preferably with commercial clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
CPA certification or progress towards it.
Master's degree in Accounting or related field.

Salary Range: In Minnesota, $80,000 - $107,000 USD annually; in NYC and California, $80,000 - $115,000 USD. Compensation depends on experience and market factors.
