VNE, LLC is looking for a TS/SCI Cleared Targeting Analyst Senior Level. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university; or a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category plus 5 years of senior related experience. At least 12 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with recent experience within the last 2 years. Strong knowledge of concepts involved in the specific functions outlined in the labor category. Knowledge of IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures. Ability to use logic and systematic approaches to evaluate and synthesize information from multiple sources. Ability to interpret analysis and its implications. Proven ability to produce concise analytic reports and briefings using Microsoft Office tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong grammar. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research development within security protocols. Ability to recognize nuances, resolve contradictions, and work independently with minimal oversight. Experience guiding teams in research and analysis of complex problems. TS/SCI clearance required; ability to obtain CI Polygraph. Job Description: Develop targets and target systems for joint engagements. Create target nominations, maintain databases, and produce target intelligence products. Produce all-source damage estimates and assessments. Conduct collateral damage estimation, target list management, and support target strategy development. Provide target prioritization recommendations aligned with command objectives. Assist in developing processes for combat target development and support USCC command efforts. Produce and maintain combat target materials and reports. Utilize intelligence tools like MIDB, NPW, JTT for target analysis and development. Support staff functions, including preparing responses, participating in meetings, and providing updates to leadership. Essential Duties: Communicate task requirements clearly. Sit, stand, and participate actively in meetings. Visual acuity for computer work. Attend scheduled work hours, unless on travel or leave. Work on a computer and communicate via various channels. Physical Demands and Work Environment: Occasional standing, walking, sitting, and handling objects. Lift/move up to 25 pounds occasionally. Visual abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception. May be exposed to office-related chemicals. Moderate noise level typical of an office environment.
