Genesis10
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Digital Product Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Lead and collaborate with Agile Scrum teams, driving product development through roadmap creation and backlog refinement.
Create, review, and manage user stories, ensuring alignment between features, epics, and the product vision.
Accept user stories once they meet acceptance criteria and the definition of done.
Collaborate with L2/L3 product managers on product intention mapping and broader vision alignment.
Establish and track product area goals and KPIs to ensure outcomes are measured and met.
Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Prioritize and maintain a clearly defined product backlog aligned to business goals.
Partner closely with product analysts and stakeholders to ensure business readiness and accurate story definition.
Identify sequencing and prioritization issues and resolve across product areas.
Act as the point of contact for escalated impediments and backlog questions.
Maintain ongoing communication with product managers, scrum masters, and delivery leads.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in
Agile Product Ownership
or
Digital Product Management .
Proven experience leading
Agile Scrum teams
and managing full product lifecycles.
4+ years of experience with
user story creation , refinement, and acceptance.
Strong experience in
roadmap creation and backlog management .
Excellent
stakeholder management and communication skills .
Familiarity with
user experience (UX)
and designing for both customer and employee journeys.
Proficiency in
Confluence
and other Agile documentation tools (preferred but not required).
Experience working closely with
product analysts, scrum masters, and technology partners .
Understanding of
AI/Chatbot technologies
is a plus.
Pay Range:
$44 - $54
