Location: 244 W 54th Street New York, NY 10019
We’re hiring
Event EMS Supervisors
to work with the Manager of Operations to ensure efficient operation of all field personnel, vehicles, and equipment. Responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring compliance with policies, and making managerial decisions to support positive outcomes. Key duties involve resolving field issues, responding to EMS calls, coordinating system availability, investigating customer inquiries, overseeing scheduling, maintaining knowledge of EMS protocols, mentoring staff, and enforcing company policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid EMT/Paramedic certification, CPR, BLS, Driver’s License
2-3 years EMS field experience, supervisory experience preferred
Effective communication skills and knowledge of protocols and policies
