Be the Voice of the Consumer:
Dive into consumer behavior, leveraging data, research, and intuition to identify audiences that drive business growth. Map the Journey to Success:
Develop comprehensive customer decision journeys to inform our planning strategies. Uncover the Big Idea:
Analyze cultural trends, competitive landscapes, and brand insights to find resonant ideas across media. Build the Blueprint:
Design communications architecture aligning tactics with strategy. Lead with Curiosity and Collaboration:
Manage research projects, facilitate brainstorming, and partner with teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications
7+ years in communications planning, media planning, or related fields. Understanding of consumer behavior in media, especially healthcare channels (healthcare experience is a plus). Ability to translate data into compelling narratives. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Innovative mindset with a positive approach. Familiarity with digital and traditional media channels within an omnichannel strategy. Additional Details
