Job Description Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is assembling a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to perform Higher Headquarters Assessments for US Army Installations on behalf of the US Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM). The team will evaluate all components of the installation's Protection programs, utilizing DoD Benchmarks along with applicable Army, Combatant Command (COCOM), Service Component Command, and IMCOM requirements.
The Communications/Cyber Lead will analyze and assess communication systems, including computer networks, land mobile radio, microwave, protected distribution systems, satellite, and telephone systems. Responsibilities also include reviewing INFOCON plans, industrial control systems, remote access, wireless networks, portable electronic devices, and local policies affecting these systems. The role involves reviewing inspection records, assessing communication infrastructure configuration, documentation, policies, and analyzing systems for information assurance and cybersecurity compliance. Additionally, the candidate will conduct portfolio analysis to determine system criticality and dependencies, identify risks, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
Experience with DoD Protection assessments
Installation Antiterrorism Officer or equivalent experience
Secret clearance
10+ years of relevant experience
Education, Training, and Certifications
Master's Degree in any discipline
Project Management Professional (PMP) or degree in Project Management
ATO Level II or equivalent certification/experience
USACE SET training
CompTIA Security+
Travel
Approximately 25%
