The Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist (Entry Level) is a key support role focused on growing and managing Axens' digital presence across the Americas. This position involves developing regional web content, launching social media initiatives, and supporting digital marketing campaigns for Axens North America, PCD, and its subsidiary, HTI. Job Duties/Responsibilities

Assist in evolving Axens regional webpages (North & South America) by updating content, improving structure, and enhancing user experience. Support the HTI website with content updates and coordination, respecting separate branding guidelines. Contribute to developing a local digital media plan aligned with regional goals and global branding. Help establish and manage regional social media presence (LinkedIn, X, YouTube) to increase awareness and engagement. Assist in producing digital content (posts, visuals, basic videos) for various platforms. Build and maintain a regional marketing dashboard and calendar of events (KPIs, campaign results, event data). Support automation of tasks such as email scheduling, campaign tracking, and reporting. Set up and manage forms, surveys, and landing pages using tools like SurveyMonkey, Slido, Eventbrite, and WordPress. Track campaign and page performance; compile and share analytics. Create and maintain event webpages and registration platforms in coordination with the Senior Specialist. Assist with digital event campaigns (Save the Dates, email invitations, reminders). Upload videos, images, and media content for event follow-up and archiving. Provide logistical support for event shipping, materials, and promotional inventory. Support the marketing team with digital tasks. Maintain team planning tools, content calendars, and archives. Propose ideas to improve digital processes and team efficiency. Support ad-hoc tasks to help deliver successful campaigns and events. Perform other duties as assigned. Education

Bachelors degree in digital marketing, communications, or multimedia. Work Experience

0-2 years in a similar role. Background in digital strategy, content creation, and marketing analytics. Spanish or Portuguese skills are a plus. Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic understanding of social media platforms, content scheduling, and campaign measurement. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work with WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, SurveyMonkey, Eventbrite, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office. Interest in digital strategy, content creation, and marketing analytics. Ability to work independently. QHSE Requirements
