Job Description: Retail Associate at TJ Maxx

Responsibilities: Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying our customer experience principles. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Support multiple store areas as needed to support business needs. Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers. Promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately process customer purchases, returns, and provide correct change. Encourage credit and loyalty program participation. Follow merchandising standards for product presentation and preparation for the sales floor. Participate in store recovery and maintenance activities throughout the day. Support safety initiatives and maintain a safe environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support store needs. Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations. Physical ability to lift heavy objects, with or without accommodations.
