The position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework 3 days remote, 2 days onsite (Wednesday and Friday) LOCAL ONLY candidates Job Responsibilities
Understanding business objectives, analyzing requirements, automating processes, and improving existing systems. Collaborating with organizational units to analyze current procedures, identify problems, and determine data input/output requirements. Developing detailed user needs, program functions, and modifications. Reviewing system capabilities and limitations to assess feasibility of requests. Participating in the development of an HHS data integration hub, including infrastructure setup, design, development, and implementation using agile methodologies. Responsibilities include validation of performance metrics, automation, complex SQL scripting, testing, deployment, and operations support. Leading agile development teams, data acquisition, SQL development, automation with Informatica Power Center/IICS, collaboration on data design, verification, and validation of scripts and automation, participating in sprint ceremonies, working with architects and team members, developing mockups, supporting implementation, and producing technical documentation. Interpreting business requirements and proposing enhancements. Performing other duties as assigned. Experience Requirements
13+ years in Front-End/UI Development, enterprise web applications on J2EE 13+ years in SQL query writing for data extraction, transformation, and analysis 13+ years in application development with Tomcat Server and web services 8+ years in data validation and quality checks 8+ years in technical documentation, SQL scripting for Snowflake, and data warehousing projects 8+ years in agile sprint teams, JIRA experience, and healthcare data analysis (TIERS, CHIP, Medicaid) 8+ years in integrating Tableau dashboards Preferred skills include secure coding practices, performance metrics visualization, excellent communication, multitasking, relevant degrees, healthcare industry experience, handling PII/PHI data, and knowledge of Web Services.
