What you will do: You will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products to meet customer needs. Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, demonstrating product value confidently. Track territory progress, communicate wins, and aim to exceed goals. Use your product knowledge to solve problems and inform staff on proper use and maintenance. Provide excellent service and assist customers whenever needed. Enjoy living in the fast lane and find purpose in making healthcare better with Stryker products. What you need: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

1-2 years in medical sales or B2B preferred

Travel requirement: Approximately 20% travel. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.

Physical requirements: Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or 20 pounds constantly to move objects

Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movement; ability to grasp, meet visual and auditory discrimination/memory, reading, and retention requirements

Mental requirements: Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise

Manage time, projects, stress, and conflict effectively

Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication

Bring tasks to completion with minimal supervision

Ability to prioritize work and maintain detailed, confidential records

Ability to present to large groups

Unwavering ethics and integrity in a demanding environment
