System Administrator - Senior Job Id: 24-05130 Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 11 Months On Contract Job Responsibilities Provide desktop support activities such as troubleshooting, software installs, PC replacements, imaging, equipment inventories, PC maintenance, applying critical updates, documenting tickets, customer onboarding, and off-boarding. This is an onsite position. Support customers using good customer service skills, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical customers. Utilize knowledge of Windows OS & M365 to support customers and internal teams. Image or provision new hardware equipment and deliver to customers. Track onboarding and shipping activities based on customer requests using strong organizational skills. Follow asset management processes for proper customer billing. Document work activities in ServiceNow. Test Intune processes for Tier 3 team and provide feedback. Test upgrades and software changes. Install software following security and internal processes.
