The work: In this role, you'll function as the designated subject matter expert (SME) and Lead analytics developer responsible for providing data warehouse and analytic solutions. Your tasks include: writing ETL packages, developing visualizations, performing data and statistical analyses, and administering systems to deliver information. You will be responsible for leveraging your IBM Cloud Pak for Applications expertise to develop business insights using predictive statistical modeling activities. Your responsibilities will extend beyond using analytical tools and techniques to include developing comprehensive solution architectures and technical designs specific to analytics projects. You must have IBM Cloud Pak for Applications proficiency at the master level. Develop predictive statistical models to generate business insights. Use analytical tools and techniques to improve decision-making by modeling client, market, and key performance data. What you need: Minimum 12 years experience working on analytics platforms (Cognos, SPSS, Cloud Pak for Data). Minimum 5 years' experience working in data warehousing environments. Minimum 5 years' experience programming in Python, R, and Scala. Minimum 3 years' experience in team leadership and project management. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience). Nice to have: Certifications in IBM Cognos and/or CloudPak4Data are highly desirable. Certifications in APIs/data integration or cloud technologies are optional. IBM Watson Analytics proficiency, and IBM Cognos Customer Analytics proficiency at the master level will be advantageous. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
