Ensure 24x7 availability of enterprise platforms, disaster recovery, and incident response. Develop and maintain system documentation and manage web portal operations. Design enterprise content management solutions, develop web features, and create dashboards and reports. Provide Tier 1/2 Helpdesk support, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with IT standards. Assist in process improvements, automation, and security operations. Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in IT. DoD 8140.03 / DoDD 8570.1M IAT Level II/III Certification. AR 25-2 IT Level II clearance eligibility. 3+ years in web development with Visual Studio and Adobe Creative Suite. 2+ years working with SharePoint 2021 or SPO. Proficiency in HTML5, XML, CSS3, jQuery, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint Object Model. Strong UI/UX design skills and experience in user documentation and training materials. Preferred: 3+ years in .NET development, 5+ years with Adobe Creative Suite.
