POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting endpoint management, including laptop, desktop, and mobile devices. Administer the Client Management System for deployment, provisioning, and lifecycle management. Tasks include monthly patch management, security vulnerability remediation, OS image creation, software packaging, and development. Administer the Mobile Device Management System to manage mobile devices and ensure data security, scheduling work to maintain employee productivity. Assist in resolving support issues and ensure high service satisfaction by diagnosing, resolving, and communicating IT issues to end users. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and three (3) years of experience in PC network technical support, or equivalent education, training, and experience. Experience managing Endpoint Security applications in a PCI infrastructure. Experience with Application Packaging Virtualization or Streaming.
