POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting endpoint management, including laptop, desktop, and mobile devices. Administer the Client Management System for deployment, provisioning, and lifecycle management. Tasks include monthly patch management, security vulnerability remediation, OS image creation, software packaging, and development. Administer the Mobile Device Management System to manage mobile devices and ensure data security, scheduling work to maintain employee productivity. Assist in resolving support issues and ensure high service satisfaction by diagnosing, resolving, and communicating IT issues to end users. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and three (3) years of experience in PC network technical support, or equivalent education, training, and experience. Experience managing Endpoint Security applications in a PCI infrastructure. Experience with Application Packaging Virtualization or Streaming. Knowledge of MS Windows and Windows-based software Solid understanding of enterprise security, patching, and vulnerabilities Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft SCCM/Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune Proficiency in Application Packaging for customized applications Knowledge of Microsoft M365 configuration, integration, and rollouts (desired) Understanding of IT best practices Proficiency with scripting tools and technologies Understanding of Active Directory Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms like Airwatch/WorkspaceOne, Intune, including implementation, device enrollment, and compliance Strong understanding of mobile OS (Windows, iOS, Android) Quick learner with ability to understand emerging mobile technologies Strong collaboration and project management skills Ability to work independently and in a team High accountability and integrity Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in stressful environments and maintain professional etiquette Willingness to work alternate shifts or days as needed BENEFITS: The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: Paid Vacation, Holidays, Sick and Personal Leave Days Retirement Plan with Company Match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Wellness Programs Short and Long Term Disability Plans and Life Insurance Education Reimbursement (Full-time Employees Only) Hybrid Work Schedule (if applicable) Shift Differential (if applicable): 2nd Shift - $0.85/hr, 3rd Shift - $1.00/hr #J-18808-Ljbffr
