Job Title: Service Desk Support Specialist

As a Top Secret cleared Service Desk Support Specialist for this program, you will be working in an organization whose mission is to develop and operate the best possible software for critical national security enterprise applications. This organization leverages SCRUM and SAFE Agile software development methodologies and strong DevOps practices.

You will be responsible for providing support to application users on a variety of issues. You will identify, research, and resolve technical problems. You will ensure that all phases of help desk support are properly coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked, and resolved appropriately. Note:

This position is contingent upon award. Responsibilities:

Provide support to end users on various issues, including hardware/software troubleshooting for PCs and printers. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems. Respond to support requests via phone, email, and personnel requests. Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution. Coordinate all phases of help desk support effectively. Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software issues. Apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments. Lead major technology assignments and evaluate performance results. Recommend changes to support project growth and success. Function as a technical expert across multiple projects, potentially supervising others. Minimum Experience:

8 years of relevant experience recommended. In absence of this, certifications or past work may demonstrate the required level of expertise. A typical day involves:

Receiving and triaging user-reported issues. Resolving user issues and service desk tickets efficiently with step-by-step guidance. Coordinating with other groups as needed. Escalating complex issues with detailed descriptions. Documenting each interaction. Tracking and managing operational metrics. Requirements:

Active Top Secret clearance. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree; in absence of degree, additional years of experience may substitute. Preferred Qualifications:

Business Analysis and Project Management skills. Knowledge of Agile Principles. AWS Certifications.
