Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the

Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Analyst

is a primary point of contact for all HR reporting and data requests. The HRIS Analyst serves as a resource to the HR Office as well as to all departments and community members. With a key focus on data quality, consistency, and accuracy, the HRIS Analyst provides current and predictive analyses to support compliance and decision making. The HRIS Analyst will have the opportunity to work on a variety of HR projects, broadening their exposure to HR issues and policies. Qualities and Capabilities

The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources or related field; IT certification preferred One to three years human resources experience performing a technical role. Strong computer technical background and knowledge of HRIS systems (WorkDay, ADP, PeopleSoft, Kronos, SAP, etc.), web technology and database applications. Understanding and familiarity with data integration functionality Excellent interpersonal skills including listening, speaking and writing. Excellent problem-solving skills.
