SUMMARY: We are seeking a talented and experienced React Native Mobile App Developer to join our dynamic team. As a React Native Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Your expertise in React Native and JavaScript will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional user experiences and driving the success of our mobile apps.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand project requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and efficient mobile applications. Develop new features and functionalities for mobile apps using React Native, JavaScript, and related technologies. Optimize app performance and ensure seamless user experience by conducting thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Implement best practices and coding standards to maintain code quality, organization, and readability. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks to continuously enhance development processes and improve app performance. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and provide technical guidance to team members when needed. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and high-quality assurance of developed applications. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
4+ years of professional mobile app development in React Native and React 2+ years of professional relational database experience Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6, HTML, CSS Successful track record of developing and deploying cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS using React Native Experience with third-party libraries and APIs Experience with integrating RESTful services Experience in developing responsive UI design to support multiple viewports Experience with Context API Experience with developing custom UIs and animations Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, NPM, etc Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token, Oauth Experience with agile/SDLC methodology Experience with source code management using Git, GitFlow, BitBucket, or equivalent Solid understanding of working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, IntelliJ Deep knowledge of scalability, security, and maintainability of high-volume applications Some knowledge of UI/UX designs and wireframes Used tools like React Navigation and React Native Navigation for user-friendly navigation. Preferred:
Solid understanding of Swift and Kotlin for native platform development Experience with CI/CD setup Hands-on experience with unit testing/integration testing tools like Mockito, RestAssured, Cucumber, etc WORK ENVIRONMENT: Individuals must be team-quality players in a fast-paced environment.
