Responsibilities

As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading and managing the full project life cycle from initiation through to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, outlining goals, resources needed, timelines, and budget. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with company goals, and to ensure smooth communication and execution of projects. Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Producing accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle. Applying Agile methodologies throughout the project development process. Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects. Assisting in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates. Facilitating decision-making processes as needed, driving consensus among stakeholders and team members. Creating and managing project templates, ensuring projects adhere to the framework. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have: A Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Traffic, Civil, Transportation, or Electrical) or Computer Science; Preferred Masters degree or professional registration. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the Tech Services industry. Proven experience in managing Intelligent Transportation Systems. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management. Proficiency in project management software tools.
