We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automation QA Engineer to develop and execute automated tests to ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and test automation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. You will work closely with our development team to identify and fix issues before product launches. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks. Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects. Work with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure thorough testing. Perform regression testing to verify the stability and functionality of the software after changes. Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Identify, record, and track bugs, and work with developers to resolve them. Continuously improve the automation testing process, tools, and methodologies. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in automation testing. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Automation QA Engineer or similar role. Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with performance and load testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
